Cookie policy

The short version
If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Digipeak Media sets no analytics or advertising cookies on this website until you accept them. Everywhere else analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time. Either way, declining is a complete answer: the site behaves identically, and nothing is loaded in the background instead.
How we tell which rules apply to you
We use two signals, and if either one points to Europe we ask before loading anything:
- The country of your IP address, looked up on our own server from an offline database. Your address is not sent anywhere for this, and the result is not stored — it is worked out again on each visit.
- Your device's time zone, read in your browser. A European time zone, or one that is hidden or set to UTC, counts as Europe.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline wherever you are, and do not ask. An answer you give in the cookie settings always takes precedence, including over that signal.
Strictly necessary storage
Some storage is used regardless of your choice, because without it the site cannot do what you asked. None of it is used for analytics or advertising:
- Your cookie choice — remembered in your browser so you are not asked on every page.
- Session and preferences in the logged-in app — your sign-in token, your light/dark theme and which project you are viewing. These exist only if you have an account and have signed in.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics or advertising tags are currently configured for this website, so no such cookies are set and you will not be asked to make a choice. If that changes, this page will list what was added and the banner will ask before anything loads.
Changing your mind
Select the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner, or in the footer, to see your current setting and change it at any time. Declining while analytics is running reloads the page — a script that has already run cannot be unloaded, and reloading is the only way the page genuinely reaches a state without it. On that next page load we also delete the cookies the analytics tags had set. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser, which removes both the stored choice and anything the tags left behind.
Tracking on our customers' websites
Klyqq is a click-tracking product, so it is worth being precise about what this page does and does not cover. It covers this website only. Where Klyqq is installed on someone else's website, that site's operator decides what is collected and is responsible for asking you about it; our privacy policy explains what is recorded there and how to exercise your rights.
