Pricing questions
What counts as a click?
Every click Klyqq records, through one of your tracking links or a visit from an ad that your site snippet sees arrive. Bots, other automated traffic and repeat clicks don't count towards your plan; they are filtered out and set aside.
What happens if I go over my click limit?
Tracking never stops. Stopping mid-campaign would lose data you can't get back, so Klyqq keeps recording and emails you at 80% and at 100% of your limit.
If you stay over, you're moved to the smallest plan that fits after three days, and only the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged. If you decline the move, the account becomes read-only from your next renewal date.
Can I try it first?
Klyqq is in private beta right now. Request access and we'll send you an invitation. When sign-up opens, every first subscription will start with a free trial.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing page in the app. Changing plan is charged or credited for the days that are left. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT and are in US dollars. Businesses in the EU that enter a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge); otherwise the VAT that applies where you are is added at checkout.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly. Receipts and invoices are available from the billing page.
What if a payment fails?
We retry for about two weeks and tell you by email. After that the app becomes read-only, but your tracking links always keep working, and clicks and sales are still recorded for another 30 days, so you lose nothing by paying late.
