Terms of service

Version 1.2 · Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Klyqq is operated by Digipeak Media, a sole trader registered in Sweden. Borgarvägen 16 82453 Hudiksvall Sweden

These terms govern your use of the service. Our data processing agreement forms part of them and applies to the personal data we handle on your behalf; where the two differ on a data protection question, that agreement prevails.

Anything in these terms that asks you to write to us means legal@digipeak.se.

2. Business customers only

Klyqq is sold to businesses. It is not offered to consumers, and by accepting these terms you confirm you are acting for purposes relating to your trade or profession. If you are not, do not use the service.

3. What the service is — and what it is honestly not

Klyqq records clicks and visits on your websites and advertising, attributes later conversions back to them, reports on the result, and — where you switch those features on — uploads conversions to your advertising accounts and sends conversion data to endpoints you configure.

You should know how it is built and run. Klyqq is independently developed and operated by one person. There is no support rota, no overnight cover and no team on call. We tell you this before you buy rather than after something breaks, because it should inform what you rely on the service for.

Attribution is inherently an estimate. Klyqq reports what it can observe, and its numbers will not always match what Google, Microsoft or your own shop system report — that is a property of the measurement, not a defect. We explain the reasons on our why the numbers differ page.

4. Your account

Accounts are created by invitation. Keep your credentials secure, do not share a login, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. What happens under your account is your responsibility.

5. What you are responsible for

  • A lawful basis and your own privacy notice. You decide what is collected through Klyqq about your visitors. Informing them and having a legal ground for it is yours to do, including obtaining consent where the law requires it.
  • Your consent and cookie handling on your own sites, including any consent management platform you use.
  • The accuracy of what you report to us — conversions, values, refunds — and of the settings that decide what is uploaded to your advertising accounts.
  • Your advertising accounts and compliance with the terms of Google, Microsoft or any network you connect or send traffic to.
  • Lawful use. Do not use Klyqq to track people unlawfully, to collect special categories of personal data, to attempt to identify individuals by name, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

6. Plans, payment and tax

The plans, what each one includes and its current price are shown in Klyqq under Billing. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of VAT. You choose to pay monthly or yearly.

Payment is by card, in advance, through Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are given to Stripe and never reach us. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the card is charged for the next one, until you cancel. Receipts and invoices are sent by email and are available under Billing.

A new account starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, and it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial is offered once per customer.

You can change plan at any time under Billing. A move to a larger plan takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is calculated by the day and added to your next invoice (switching between monthly and yearly payment starts a new period and is charged at once). A move to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly payment, takes effect at the next renewal.

Swedish VAT is added where it applies. For business customers elsewhere in the EU who provide a valid VAT registration number, VAT is reverse charged and you account for it in your own country. For customers outside the EU, no Swedish VAT is charged; any tax owed where you are is yours to handle. The VAT number is entered at checkout or under Billing, and keeping it correct is your responsibility.

If a payment fails, the card is tried again over about two weeks and we tell you by email; you keep full access meanwhile. If it still has not been paid after that, the account becomes read-only until a payment succeeds: you can see your data but not change it or create new links. Your existing links keep redirecting, and clicks and conversions keep being recorded for 30 days. Billing and your account settings always stay available, so you can put it right.

The same read-only state applies whenever the account has no plan: before you first choose one, and after a subscription has ended. Your links keep redirecting, and you can always view and export your data and choose a plan. Recording stops 30 days after a plan ends: from then on, clicks and conversions are not recorded, conversions are not uploaded to your ad accounts, and spend is not imported. We email you a week before. What happens while recording is stopped is not kept and cannot be recovered later. An account that has never had a plan records nothing, except the install check on the Setup page.

Each plan includes a number of clicks a month (bots are not counted). On a yearly plan the same monthly number applies, month by month. Going over never stops your tracking. We email you at 80 %. At 100 % we email you, and show in the app, which plan fits this month's pace, what it costs, and what the difference for the rest of the period comes to. You then have three days to upgrade at once or to decline. If you do neither, your subscription moves to that plan automatically after three days, and the difference for the rest of the period is added to your next invoice. If you decline, nothing is charged, and from the end of that month the account is read-only until you choose a bigger plan; your links keep working and clicks are still recorded. On the largest plan nothing changes automatically, and we contact you to agree a price.

Each plan includes a number of ad accounts, projects and tracking domains, and Pro and Agency include the API and AI-assistant access. Adding one more than your plan includes is refused until you move to a plan that includes it; nothing you already have is removed if you move to a smaller plan.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period. If you are on a price we no longer offer, you keep it for as long as you stay on that plan and payment interval.

7. Term, termination and your data afterwards

The agreement runs for the period you pay for, monthly or yearly, and renews with the subscription. There is no minimum commitment beyond the period already paid. You can cancel at any time under Billing; the subscription then ends when the paid period runs out, and fees already paid for that period are not refunded. We may terminate on 30 days' written notice, or immediately if you breach these terms materially and do not fix it within 14 days of being asked. If we terminate on notice without such a breach, we refund the unused part of a period you have paid for.

After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. You can download everything in your account yourself, at any time and during those 30 days, with "Export all my data" in your profile: a zip file of spreadsheets (CSV). If you would rather it were deleted at once, say so and we will. Deletion is covered in more detail in the data processing agreement.

8. Availability

We do not commit to a level of availability and offer no uptime guarantee or service credits. We make reasonable efforts to keep Klyqq running and to fix faults promptly, but the service is provided as it is. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults will cause interruptions.

Tracking is time-sensitive by nature: clicks and conversions that occur while the service is unreachable may be lost and cannot always be reconstructed afterwards. If continuous measurement is critical to you, keep an independent record.

9. Support

Support is by email and we answer as soon as we can. We do not promise a response time. See section 3 for why: the service is run by one person.

10. Intellectual property

Klyqq, its software, design and documentation remain ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while this agreement lasts, and nothing more.

Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of the data you collect through Klyqq and use it only to provide the service to you, as set out in the data processing agreement. We may use aggregated statistics that identify neither you nor any individual to operate and improve the service.

11. Liability

Advertising outcomes are outside our control, and this is the important one. Klyqq can upload conversions to your Google or Microsoft account, where their automated bidding may act on them. We are not liable for how those platforms bid, what they spend, what they charge you, or for advertising results, lost sales or lost profit — whether or not the data we sent contributed to the outcome. You decide what is uploaded, to which conversion action, and whether that action feeds bidding. Test with a conversion action that does not feed bidding before you let it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings.

Our total liability under this agreement, for all claims taken together in any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury. Statutory liability under Article 82 of the GDPR toward the people whose data is processed is likewise unaffected — as between us, each party bears its own share.

A claim must be brought within twelve months of when you became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to it.

12. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for this agreement. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiver, was already lawfully held, or must be disclosed by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may terminate before it does. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

14. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law governs this agreement, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Disputes are to be settled by Hudiksvalls tingsrätt as the court of first instance. We would rather talk first: write to us and we will make a genuine attempt to resolve it before either of us goes to court.
